VINCE SCAPECCHI

Vince Scapecchi is the Co-founder and Principal of Seaview Building Solutions.  He started Seaview in 2009 after 10 years of building products sales in the Caribbean.

He applies a consultative sales approach and strives to educate his customers and provide the best solutions for their environment and project.

He works closely with architects, builders, and homeowners to help them turn their vision into reality.

JAVIER BAEZ

Javier “Javi” Baez serves on the senior leadership team as Installation / Service Manager, sales consultant and industry expert.  With over 15 years of hands-on experience and training, Mr. Baez brings a unique skillset and technical savvy that are indispensable to adding superior customer value.

Javier is a factory trained Andersen and PGT service technician and also has an AAMA Master Installer certification.
